What is your return policy?

At this time, I am only accepting exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Exchanges must be processed within 7 days of shipment receipt. All exchanges are dependant on stock availability. Email me first to get this process started.

To exchange an item it must have the original packaging, in as-new condition with both tags and printed receipt when returned. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to The Living Standard for the exchange.


How Fast do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, although most orders get shipped the next business day. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, feel free to contact me at contact@thelivingstandard.com. I do check the status of all orders and when there is a delay, I am proactive in contacting USPS to get an update.

At this times, all orders are shipped with USPS using their Ground Advantage service. I do not require a signature for delivery. At this time I am only shipping domestic. International customers can purchase products from my Ebay or Etsy shop.
